29.01.050 Tax Status of All Tribal Corporations
(a) For purposes of taxations, regulatory jurisdiction and civil jurisdiction, all tribal corporations created pursuant to the sovereign powers of the Tribe for the benefit of the Tribe shall be deemed to be a subordinate arm of the government of the Tribe and shall be entitled to all of the privileges and immunities of the Tribe.
(b) The Tribal Court shall have jurisdiction to decide all questions with respect to the status of a tribal corporation formed pursuant to the sovereign powers of the Tribe.
(c) The Tribal Court shall have jurisdiction to decide all questions of jurisdiction, choice of law, and dispute resolution mechanism over transaction between corporations operating within the Territory of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians.
