29.01.090 Tribal Secretary's Authority to Charter Corporations
(a) The Tribal Council hereby delegates to the Secretary/Treasurer and the Secretary/Treasurer is hereby authorized to charter corporations to operate within the jurisdiction of the Tribe.
(b) The Secretary/Treasurer shall be authorized a budget to carry out the intent of this Title.
(c) The Secretary/Treasurer may hire necessary staff in order to effectuate the purposes of this Title.
(d) The Tribal Secretary/Treasurer is authorized to collect fees from incorporators subject to the terms of this act.
