For purposes of allowing a tribal corporation to utilize the provisions of the Tribal Governmental Tax Status Act of 1982, as amended, the Tribal Council may delegate one or more essential governmental functions to a tribal corporation, provided that the exercise of any such power shall be within the powers delegated to the tribal corporation by law.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code
