29.02.030 Liability of Members of Governing Body of Tribal Corporations
No member of the governing body of any tribal corporation formed pursuant to the sovereign powers of the Tribe shall be liable to any creditor of the tribal corporation by reason of his status as such a member, or by reason of acts done in the course of his official duties. No member of the governing body of the tribal corporation shall have the authority to individually bind the corporation without a specific delegation by the Board of Directors or by law.
