29.02.140 Distribution of Net Income to Tribe

(a) For profit public corporations owned by the Tribe after annually budgeting and evaluation of annual projections shall provide a report of expected income available for distribution to the Tribe. The for profit public corporation shall endeavor to have sufficient operating capitol so that it may be self-sustaining. This section shall apply to any subsidiaries that the for profit public corporation owns and or controls. Distribution of assets to the Tribe shall be limited by the availability of funds and the ability to sustain itself for a two year period based upon its prior operating budgets and projected income.

(b) For profit non-stock corporations owned by the Tribe after annually budgeting and evaluation of annual projections shall provide a report of expected income available for reinvestment in the corporation and the potential investment for economic development of the community.
