A corporation wholly owned, directly, by the Tribe with no shares having been issued may be dissolved by a resolution adopted by the incorporators, or if a board of directors has been appointed or elected, by the board of directors and separately concurred in by a majority of the members of the Tribal Council.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code
