29.03.030 Articles of incorporation

(a) The incorporators of a corporation must file Articles of Incorporation with the Tribal Secretary/Treasurer and pay a filing fee of $75.00 to the Tribal Finance Office as a prerequisite to incorporation. Such fee shall be annual and shall be filed on the anniversary date of the incorporation.

(b) The Articles of Incorporation must be signed by one or more members of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians who are 18 years of age or older and may include such terms as the Incorporator(s) deem appropriate.

(c) The Articles shall include, at a minimum, the following:
