Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code

29.11.020 Purpose

(a) This Title establishes Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Law for the establishment and operation of Limited Liability Companies, (LLC).

(b) This Title establishes an organizational structure for individuals and foreign entities to organize within the Tribe's jurisdiction as a Limited Liability Company for businesses and to enjoy the benefits of such organization.

(c) This Title establishes an organization structure for the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians to organize businesses as Limited Liability Companies and to enjoy the benefits of such organization.
