The debts, obligations, and liabilities of an LLC, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be solely the debts, obligations, and liabilities of the LLC. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Act, a member or manager of an LLC is not personally liable for any debt, obligation, or liability of an LLC, as defined in the Articles of Operation.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code
