After the dissolution of an LLC under the "Dissolution" Section of this Title, the LLC may file Articles of Dissolution with the Tribe's Secretary/Treasurer that includes the following: (a) The name of the LLC. (b) The date of filing of its articles of organization. (c) The statutory grounds under the “Dissolution” Section of this Title for dissolution.
