29.17.060 Right to Object
Unless otherwise provided in articles of operation, upon receipt of the notice required by "Approval of a Merger" Section of this Title, paragraph e, a member who did not vote in favor of the merger may, within twenty (20) days after the date of the notice, voluntarily disassociate from the LLC under the "Dissociation" Section of this Title, paragraph c and receive fair value for the member's LLC interest under the "Distribution Upon Dissociation" Section of this Title.
