The Managers shall meet at least monthly, and at the request of any of them, to (i) discuss their individual activities and responsibilities; (ii) by majority vote, to authorize major business actions, subject to Legislative consent or approval where specifically required by these Articles; (iii) adopt projections and business plans; and (iv) review and monitor achievement of goals and objectives described in the Company's business plans and projections.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code
