No loss by adverse possession, prescription, estoppels, or acquiescence; Non-transferability. (a) No right to use or otherwise affect the quantity, level, flow, pressure, quality or temperature of Tribal water may be acquired by adverse possession, prescription, estoppel, or acquiescence. (b) No right granted under this Act may be transferred, exchanged, sold, or otherwise conveyed except as provided by this act.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
