The Turtle Mountain Chippewa Tribal Employment Rights Commission shall consist of one council member (and one alternate council member) appointed by the Tribal Council, four members appointed by the Tribal Council at large from the reservation community. Chairman of the board will be appointed by the Tribal Council.
