Every employer shall give Indians preferential consideration for all promotion opportunities and shall encourage Indians to seek such opportunities. For every supervisory position filled by a non-Indian, the employer shall file a report with the Commission stating what efforts were made to inform Indian workers about the position, what Indians, if any, applied for the position, and the reasons why each Indian was not hired for the position.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
