The Tribe shall appropriate such tribal funds necessary and available to establish training programs to prepare the tribal members for job opportunities developed pursuant to the Turtle Mountain Chippewa Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance. The Commission shall negotiate a training program in cooperation with employers, state, federal and tribal officials.
