As of the effective date of this Ordinance, no new employer may commence work on the reservation until it has been issued a license from the Tribe and consulted with the Commission or Director and developed a plan occupied by the Commission for meeting its obligations under this Ordinance.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
