Entry upon the jurisdiction of the Turtle Mountain Tribe and the use of its highways is a privilege, the exercise of which is subject to reasonable conditions established by the Tribe. Nothing contained in this Ordinance shall be deemed to be a grant of any right to any person to enter or remain upon tribal jurisdiction or to use the highways of the Reservation unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
