Every "person," defined by this Ordinance who is a legal resident of the Reservation, and who owns or operates any vehicle within the boundaries of the Reservation, by the exercise of such privilege, shall be deemed to have consented to the regulatory and adjudicatory jurisdiction of the Tribe and the Tribal Court for all purposes relating to or arising under this Ordinance.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
