The Director upon receipt of a challenge to a decision shall within ten (10) days of receipt convene the Board of Commissioners to hear the facts in the matter. The individual shall, by registered mail, be notified of the time and place. The Board upon findings of fact shall within five (5) days respond to the complainant.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
