When the Director finds that justice so requires, the Director may postpone the effective date of action taken, pending judicial review. On such conditions as may be required, and to the extend necessary, to prevent irreparable injury, the Tribal Court may issue all necessary and appropriate process to postpones the effective date of an action of the Director or to preserve the status quo or rights pending conclusion of the review proceedings.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
