All civil fines accruing under this Ordinance shall be cumulative and a suit for the recovery of one fine shall not bar or affect the recovery of any other find, judgment, penalty, forfeiture or damages, nor bar the power to punish for contempt.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
