The provisions of this Ordinance shall supersede any other provision of tribal law enacted prior to the effective date of this Ordinance to the extent such laws are contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance, including, without limitation, 38.0101,Display of plates; Transfer of Title; 1.23 Snowmobiles, of the Turtle Mountain Tribal.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
