34.01.220 Bonds; Call for Bids; How Advertised; Copy to Council

In cases where bonds are sold on public bids, a notice calling for bids for each proposed issue of Tribal Bonds must be published at least once in newspaper of general circulation on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation, not less than ten days nor more than thirty days before the date specified therein for the receiving of such bids. Such notice may be in any form but must specify the amount of bonds offered for sale and the date of the maturity thereof. A copy of such notice must be filed with the Tribal Council not less than ten days before the date specified for the opening bids.
