Except as otherwise provided in this Code, all matters arising under this Code shall be adjudicated in the Turtle Mountain Tribal Court following the filing of a Civil Complaint naming the Turtle Mountain Tribe as plaintiff, by the Department alleging the violation, or by legal counsel for the Tribe.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
