(a) Any Authorized Officer may, in addition to exercising any of the powers granted by this Code: (1) Execute warrants issued for the arrest of violators of this Code; (2) Execute search warrants issued by the Tribal Court in matters arising under this Code; (3) Serve subpoenas or other legal documents issued in matters arising under this Code; (4) Issue citations for violations of this Code.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
