All defendants to actions brought under this Code, whether Member or Non-member, shall be subject to the civil contempt power of The Turtle Mountain Tribal Court, and may be sanctioned by any means provided for in the Turtle Mountain Tribal Code for civil contempt, including, but not limited to, imprisonment or other fines or penalties to compel compliance with a lawful court order.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
