The purpose of this Title is to provide regulations to protect the health and safety of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians (TMBCI) community; to control animal behavior both on and off the property of the animal's owner or keeper; to encourage humane treatment of animals; to establish rabies control procedures; and to delineate the responsibilities of animal owners and keepers within the territory and Jurisdiction of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
