No dogs shall be kept, harbored or maintained within the boundaries of the Turtle Mountain Jurisdiction unless such dog has been registered by the owner with the Tribal Vector of the Turtle Mountain Tribal Council at Belcourt, North Dakota.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
