(a) Any violation of this section shall be subject to a forfeiture or not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). (b) Each and every day that such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. (c) Any violation of this section may result in law enforcement immediately impounding the dangerous animal and a new dangerous animal investigation shall occur.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
