35.12.010 Penalties for these Chapters 35.07 to 35.15

Any person who willfully or knowingly violates any provision of Chapter 35.10 of this Code shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a minimum fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) and not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000), or sentenced not to exceed forty-five days or to both such fine and imprisonment with costs.
