36.03.020 Aiding and Abetting. Penalty-

(a) Any person who willfully aids, abets, or otherwise assists, physically or passively by non-disclosure, an individual who purposely or knowingly abuses, neglects or exploits an Elder shall be guilty of Aiding and Abetting and punished according to this code.

(b) Penalty.

(1) Any person convicted of Aiding and Abetting shall be sentenced in the same manner as the principal crime. Complete Mandatory Requirements (1-4) Section 36.04.040.

(2) Any person convicted of a second offense of Aiding and Abetting the sentence shall be doubled.

(3) Any person convicted of a third offense of Aiding and Abetting the sentence shall be tripled.
