36.05.050 Penalty

(a) A person who purposely or knowingly fails to make a report as required in Section 36.05.010 or fails to disclose the contents of a case record to report in violation of Section 36.05.040 may be fined an amount not to exceed less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) but not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), plus court costs.

(b) A person who aids, abets or otherwise assists, physically or passively by non-disclosure, an individual who purposely or knowingly abuses, neglects or exploits an Elder person shall be treated as if said individual committed the offenses himself or herself.
