If the Tribal Court or any other court declares any chapter, section, clause or part of the Turtle Mountain Domestic Violence Code invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration shall not render invalid the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the offending section.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
