Any person who knowingly publishes, disseminates or otherwise discloses the location of any domestic violence shelter or any place designated as a domestic violence shelter as defined in Section 37.01.030 without proper authorization is guilty of a crime of domestic violence and may be punished as provided in Chapter 37.03 of the Turtle Mountain Domestic Violence Code.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
