37.03.030 Other Conditions in Addition to Penalties

(a) In addition to the penalties above, the Court shall impose any condition it deems necessary to prevent further domestic violence including, but not limited to, restricting the defendant's ability to have contact with the victim and other family or household members and requiring the defendant to make periodic reports to the Court for the duration of the sentence and probation.

(b) A Police Officer may remove any weapons or firearms that are in plain view, otherwise discovered during the domestic violence related investigation or are in the possession and control of the perpetrator. Such weapons may be the subject of forfeiture proceedings.
