37.03.090 Mandatory Cooling off Period

Any person arrested under this Ordinance shall be held without bail, in the custody of the police department, for a period of not less than twelve (12)

hours and not to exceed seventy-two (72) hours, as a mandatory "cooling off" period. Release, after the 12-hour period, is at the discretion of a Turtle Mountain Tribal Judge and in accordance with Section 37.03.060 of this Code.
