(a) A Protection Order shall be enforced until further order of the Court but not to exceed three hundred sixty-five (365) days and may be subject to amendment for extension at the discretion of the Court or at the request of one of the parties. (b) After thirty (30) days, the Court may, in its discretion, revoke, modify, extend or amend a Protection Order upon subsequent petition filed by either party.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
