38.01.220 Driving in Violation of an Order of the Court

(a) Any person whose right to operate a motor vehicle has been suspended by the Court and who, within the period fixed by the Court's order, drives or attempts to drive a motor vehicle upon a public highway is guilty of an offense.

(b) Every person who is convicted of driving in violation of an order of the Court shall be sentenced to a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200), and within the discretion of the Court may be further deprived of the right to operate a motor vehicle for an additional period of one (1) year.
