38.01.480 Operating Motor Vehicles on Groomed Snowmobile Trails, or Riding Horse, Operating an Atv, Snowmobile or Any Other Motorized Vehicles on the Bike

path.

(a) It is unlawful for any operator to operate a motor vehicle on the groomed snowmobile trails or ride horse, operate an ATV, snowmobile or any other motorized vehicle on the bike path

(b) Any person found to be in violation shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereto, shall be sentenced to labor for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days or to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or to both such fine and imprisonment, with costs.
