4.01.020 Judgment

(a) In all civil cases, judgment shall consist of an order of the court and notice of entry of judgment. Notice shall be given within ten (10) days of entry of judgment.

(b) In all criminal cases, a judgment of conviction shall set forth the plea, the verdict or findings, and the adjudication and sentence. If the defendant is found not guilty or for any other reason is entitled to be discharged, judgment shall be entered accordingly.

(c) The judgment shall be signed by the judge and entered by the clerk.
