4.02.030 Stipends and Contributions Exempt from Execution

Exempt from execution is:

(a) Stipends or other payments received for the promotion of cultural, scientific or humanitarian purposes;

(b) Stipend received for the purpose of education;

(c) Seventy-five percent of any General Assistance payment;

(d) Any funds obtained from any Treaty payment or per capita payment made under federal law;

(e) Payments from the state or tribe primarily for the benefit of children such as Aid to Families with Dependent Children payments;

Subsection (a) does not apply to contributions given in the capacity of personal wages.
