A writ of execution shall be issued by the clerk of the Turtle Mountain Tribal Court and addressed to the Tribal or Bureau policeman and shall direct him/her to seize and deliver to the Clerk of Court sufficient unrestricted and non-exempt personal property of the debtor to pay the judgment and costs of sale. The writ of execution shall specify the particular type of property to be seized and the time and place of docketing.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
