In any action in the Tribal Court for the recovery of money, at any time after judgment, a garnishee summons may be issued against any third person as provided in this chapter. The plaintiff and defendant shall be designated. The person against whom the summons is used shall be designated garnishee.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
