The Solid Waste Management Team, the Solid Waste Director and the Compliance Officer shall prepare and file an annual report with the Tribal Council no later than September 1 of each year, commencing September 1, 2007, describing progress achieved under the requirements of this Act as described herein and containing recommended additional administrative and/or legislative actions necessary to implement the requirements, policies and programs of this Act.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
