Septic tank waste disposal shall only be allowed at tribally controlled sewage lagoons. No disposal of septic tank waste shall be made at the transfer stations or any other unauthorized location on the Reservation. A permit for the disposal of septic wastes on the Reservation must be obtained from the Tribal EPA pursuant to Chapter 40.15.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
