Construction and demolition wastes shall not be disposed of in residential collection containers or boxes, on the construction or demolition site or any other site on the Reservation not specifically authorized by the Tribe. Prime contractors are required to obtain a Tribal EPA permit, per Chapter 40.15 of this Act, prior to beginning any construction or demolition work on the Reservation.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
