In order to protect the limited land, air, and water resources of the Reservation from permanent damage due to hazardous pollution and to protect the health, safety, and welfare of all residents of the Reservation and surrounding communities, disposal of solid waste in any open dump is expressly prohibited within the jurisdiction of the Reservation. All solid waste must be managed and disposed of in compliance with this Act.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
