It shall be unlawful to store or dispose of any other unserviceable appliances or implements such as stoves, dish washers, refrigerators, washing machines, clothes dryers, water heaters or any other such items out-of-doors on the premises or property. The owner or resident of the property is responsible for proper storage or disposal of the item(s) as required under this Act.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
