Tribally permitted vehicles used for the collection and transportation of garbage or refuse containing garbage shall have covered, watertight, metal bodies of easily cleanable construction shall be cleaned frequently to prevent a nuisance, and shall be maintained in good repair. Any releases, littering or spillage from such vehicles are the responsibility of the vehicle owner or operator and must be cleaned up within 24 hours of such release or spillage.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
